Process
A disciplined path from project information to coordinated decisions and professional documentation.

WORKFLOW
A Process Built Around the Information That Matters
Anthony works directly with designers, builders, and clients to understand the available information, expose the decisions that matter, and carry one coordinated technical direction through review.
FOUR STAGES
How the Commission Moves
Share current measurements, plans, sketches, redlines, PDFs, photographs, reference material, and the deliverables you need.
1. Project Review
Anthony develops the room, cabinetry, millwork, appliances, openings, and critical relationships together in SketchUp.
2. Coordinated 3D Development
LayOut organizes plans, elevations, sections, details, dimensions, callouts, and approval information into a clear package.
3. Technical Documentation
Controlled revisions keep the model, drawings, and current decisions aligned through review, approval, and final PDF drawing packages.
4. Revisions & Outputs

A Clear Technical Path for Complex Millwork
STEP 1 · REMOTE · PROJECT REVIEW
Send the Current Project Information
Share the measurements, plans, sketches, redlines, PDFs, photographs, reference material, questions, and required deliverables currently available. Anthony reviews the commission for scope, missing information, workflow fit, and the clearest technical next step before production begins.
STEP 2 · SKETCHUP · 3D DEVELOPMENT
Coordinate the Model
The room, cabinetry, millwork, appliances, openings, clearances, and critical relationships are developed together in SketchUp. The goal is to make conflicts, priorities, and design decisions visible while they can still be reviewed and refined.
STEP 3 · LAYOUT · DOCUMENTATION
Build the Drawing Package
The coordinated model is carried into LayOut plans, elevations, sections, details, dimensions, callouts, and approval information. Rendering may support design communication, while the technical sheets establish the shared reference for decisions.
STEP 4 · REVIEW · REVISIONS
Refine and Deliver
Comments, approvals, and revisions are reconciled so the model and documentation remain aligned. Final controlled PDF drawing packages are prepared for review, pricing, coordination, approval, and downstream project communication.
NEXT STEP
Start With What You Have
Measurements, plans, sketches, redlines, PDFs, photographs, and design intent are all valid starting points.
